We reach out
We contact you because a French buyer is looking for a car like yours. We tell you who we are, and you can check us out: this website, our YouTube channel, our reviews in France.
Full inspection
We arrange an in-person inspection of the car. You get a complete report with detailed photos, and nothing is decided until both sides are happy.
Secure payment
We agree a price together. You are paid by secure bank transfer, directly to your account. You will never be asked to pay a fee or to send any money.
Paperwork and collection
Gocarz is registered with the DVLA as a motor trader: we notify the DVLA online, and you receive a confirmation email from them. You hand us the complete V5C, which we need to register the car in France, and we leave you a purchase invoice for your records. We then take care of customs and transport.

Is it really free for me?
Yes. You do not pay anything at any stage. We buy cars; we never sell services to sellers.
How do I know you are genuine?
Gocarz is registered with the DVLA as a motor trader, and has been exporting cars from the UK to France since 2013, with more than 700 cars exported and many of them documented on our YouTube channel. And remember the simplest test: a genuine buyer pays you. We will never ask you for money.
What happens with the V5C and the DVLA?
Gocarz is registered with the DVLA as a motor trader, so it works exactly like selling your car to any UK motor trader. We notify the DVLA online and you receive a confirmation email from them. We will need the complete V5C to register the car in France, and we leave you a purchase invoice for your records.
